Premier Ohio Care was founded by owner and CEO Delonte Fomby in 2017.  Delonte has over 15 years experience in the mental health and juvenile justice field. He has spent time working in group homes, residential facilities and enjoys giving back and being involved in the community.  Delonte takes pride in ensuring that he and his team delivers the best care to the individuals they serve.  Here at Premier Ohio Care, we select Caregivers who are passionate about providing care to those in need.  Our rigorous hiring process allows us to select qualified staff by carefully verifying their eligibility to work in the United States and conduct nationwide criminal background checks.
